This website

lifeoftice.com shows Jack Tysowski's recipes and videos. It has no accounts, no forms and no advertising, and it sets no cookies. Our host, Vercel, keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) to run and protect the site; we don't use them to identify you.

Links to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, X and EatGood take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies. EatGood's privacy policy covers the recipe app.

Life of Tice Command Center

Life of Tice Command Center is a private tool for Life of Tice's own accounts. When the owner connects an account (YouTube, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, Facebook and others), the app stores the sign-in token encrypted and reads that account's profile and post numbers (views, likes, comments, shares, saves, followers) to show them in the app.

Instagram messages: the app reads the owner's own Instagram direct messages only to find links that creators send after he comments on their posts (for example “comment GUIDE and I'll DM you”). When a message matches a post he saved, the link is filed on that saved post. Messages that match nothing are read in memory and never stored. The app never sends, replies to, or deletes messages.

Nothing is sold or shared with third parties. Data stays in the app's database and is used only to show the owner his own numbers and to publish when he approves a post.

To remove data: disconnect the account on the Connections page (tokens are deleted) or revoke access in the platform's settings. The data deletion page has every step.
