lifeoftice.com has no accounts and keeps no data about you, so there's nothing to delete here.

Life of Tice Command Center

Life of Tice Command Center is a private tool for Life of Tice's own accounts. To delete the data it holds for a connected account:

1. In the app, open Connections and press Disconnect on the account. Its sign-in token is deleted at once.
2. Or remove the app in the platform's own settings (Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites; Facebook: Settings → Apps and websites; TikTok: Settings → Security → Manage app permissions).
3. To delete everything else stored for an account (post numbers, saved links), email lifeoftice13@gmail.com with the account name. It is deleted within 30 days and you get a confirmation by email.

Instagram messages are never stored, except a link the owner asked to keep on one of his saved posts.
